Healthy Minds Walks for Wellbeing are back!

Healthy Minds are pleased to announce that they can recommence their walks for wellbeing and have announced their schedule for the Autumn and Winter months.


Rather than specific dates, the walks take place on certain days of the month:

– 1st Wednesday of each month: Walk around Shibden Park. Meeting at Shibden Park cafe.

– 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month: Meet outside St Michael’s church in Mytholmroyd.

– 2nd Thursday of the month, 11am B&M Car Park at Sowerby Bridge.

All walks last about 1 hour. Precautions and social distancing will be observed at all times.
