YOUth on Air Calderdale is an opportunity for a group of young queer people to come together ad explore issues that are important to them.
Between December 2020 and March 2021 you will work together to create your own audio piece, this could be a podcast, radio show or sound art. You will develop ideas for your piece in fun, inclusive workshops and group discussion.
Your work will be broadcasted as part of a larger project alongside other groups of young people from the UK and Europe!

TimeOut Calderdale have young volunteers as finalists in the Calderdale Community Spirit Awards 2020. We are so happy for Gwynne and Hayley! The awards ceremony is online and will be aired at 7.00 pm on Thursday 26th November 2020. This award is awarded to young people who have demonstrated dedication and made a positive contribution in our Calderdale community.
