Social anxiety can affect how we feel and think in social situations such as meeting new people or situation at work.
This workshop will provide a welcoming, non-judgemental space to explore such situations, the thoughts and physical symptoms they can provoke as well as discuss some useful strategies to manage the anxiety.
The workshop will run via Zoom from 11am to 12.30. The session link will be emailed close to the date of the session. Places are limited and allocated on a first come first serve basis.
