Our weekly exercise classes are low-impact and designed to help people with long-term health conditions improve strength, balance, and confidence.
On the next page, you’ll find three simple exercises commonly included in our sessions. They can also be done at home with little or no equipment. Please follow NHS guidance and speak to your GP before starting any new exercise programme.
